Interesting viewpoint for a former "development administrator" in Pasadena, CA who sees "sees elevators, not cars as the vehicle of Pasadenaâs future, with residents traveling to street level and then walking for their shopping and restaurants."
The plan promises to keep the cityâs modestly-sprawling single-family neighborhoods more or less untouched.

The town does have good light-rail service (on the county system) and lots of foot traffic downtown.
